Receipt2Books is a UK bookkeeping-assist product.
What we collect
Account details, uploaded receipts, imported bank statement lines, and lead-form fields you submit voluntarily.
Lawful bases
Contract (to provide the service) and legitimate interest (product improvement, security).
Processing your receipt images
Receipt images are processed by Google Gemini to extract data. Images are not used to train third-party models.
Payment processing
Stripe will process payments once billing is live; Receipt2Books does not store card numbers.
Hosting
Application and database infrastructure is hosted in UK/EU regions.
Optional connections
Google Drive and Telegram are optional; Receipt2Books only accesses what you explicitly connect.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection — contact us to exercise any of these.
Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, data and backups are purged within 30 days.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the service. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them.
Children’s privacy
Receipt2Books is not intended for anyone under 13.
